How does it work?

• Press and hold the on/off button for 4 seconds to activate the highest heat setting (red).
• Easily switch between three heat settings with a quick press of a button.
• To turn it off, hold the button again for 4 seconds.

With three different heat levels, you can choose the temperature that suits you best:

• Position 1: 34 - 38 °C
• Position 2: 36 - 40 °C
• Position 3: 38 - 42 °C

Infrared heat (IR-C or FIR) is a form of heat radiation that falls outside the range of visible light. It is invisible, but penetrates deeply into the body and provides targeted heat.
