Returns
30 days free returns
You have 30 days to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your return shipment.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts, and where this is not our fault.
- Items not returned within 30 days of delivery Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we'll send you an email confirmation of receipt. We'll also let you know whether we've approved or denied your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Refund
If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days of our confirmation, please check your bank account first. If necessary, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. Refunds often take some time to process. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@wahrm.com.
Swap
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange an item for the same one, please email service@wahrm.com.
Returns
You can return your order through us by creating a return label via this link. Then enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can then select a service point of your choice to return the order and download a return label.
