Safety
All Wahrm products are CE certified.
The CE certification indicates that a product meets all EU requirements in terms of safety, health, and environmental protection.
Additionally, all products are ROHS certified.
Our heating products are equipped with overheating protection. Sensors ensure that the heating is switched off if the temperature exceeds the set value of 38°C, 40°C, or 42°C, respectively.
Our products use low voltage (5V), which guarantees safety.
Unlike high voltage (230V from the wall socket, for example), Wahrm uses low voltage (5V) in its products. Low voltage is safe for people, even with direct contact.
The main difference between 230V and 5V lies in their applications and safety risks. High voltage can cause dangerous electrical shocks and fires. Low voltage (5V), such as that supplied by a power bank, is also safe with direct contact and not dangerous for people. Both the Wahrm product and the accompanying power bank have CE certification.

No, all orders are shipped free of charge.
We primarily work with PostNL and DHL. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email stating this.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email about this. When your order has been packed, you will receive another email from the carrier with a Track & Trace link that allows you to track your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you are not home.
We ship our products (free of charge) within the Benelux.
Order & Payment
Add one or more products, in the desired size and color, to your shopping cart. While shopping online, you can always view and, if necessary, edit your shopping cart.
Finished shopping? Then you can complete the order by clicking on Checkout. You will then see an overview of your order. Here you fill in your personal details for payment and receipt. Have you checked all the details carefully? Then choose the desired payment method and click the 'CHECKOUT' button.
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you provided. We will also keep you informed about the shipping of your order, so you know exactly when to expect your new Wahrm!
You can pay for your order in different ways:
iDeal : you pay directly online via your bank.
PayPal : you pay directly online via your PayPal account.
Credit Card : you pay directly online via your Credit Card.
Apple Pay : easy payments for all Apple users.
Have you received a discount code from us? You can enter it during checkout. Type the discount code into the designated input field and click 'Apply Discount Code'.
Returns & Warranty
Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact our customer service. You can do this by email: service@wahrm.com or WhatsApp: +31 (0)614518384 (during office hours). Always share your order number with us. This way we can help you quickly.
We'll then discuss with you which product/size you'd like to exchange your original order for. We'll also discuss the returns process. We'll then enter the new order into our system for you.
If you return the entire order, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, please return the items in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back. To be safe, always keep your proof of shipment in case we do not receive your return!
If we have not received any returned products and no proof of shipment can be provided, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
We recommend that you first submit complaints about our service or products to us via service@wahrm.com. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled by us, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
For all items you purchase from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or must comply with what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. So, if the product breaks quickly or contains a manufacturing defect, let us know immediately!

Follow the steps there. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Once we have received your return in our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded to the bank account known to us.
Always keep your proof of shipment just in case we do not receive your return. If we have not received the returned products AND no proof of shipment can be shown, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
The return costs are at your own expense and are €5.25 per package. Unless you have used the free trial and return promotion, in which case returning is free.
You can choose whether to return your package via DHL or PostNL. Both printing a return label and paperless with a barcode are possible.
Product & Care
You can wash your Wahrm at 30°C. Make sure to remove the power bank beforehand. The Wahrm is not suitable for tumble drying or ironing. Follow the washing instructions on the wash-care label in the product.
That is possible, but we cannot guarantee proper functionality. Therefore, preferably use the supplied power bank from Wahrm. The power bank we supply has 5V/3A.
