Safety
All Wahrm products are CE certified.
The CE certification indicates that a product meets all EU requirements for safety, health and environmental protection.
In addition, all products are ROHS certified.
Our heating products are equipped with overheating protection. Sensors ensure that the heating switches off if the temperature exceeds the set value of 38°C, 40°C, or 42°C, respectively.
Our products use low voltage (5V), which guarantees safety.
Unlike high voltage (230V, for example, from a wall socket), Wahrm uses low voltage (5V) in its products. Low voltage is safe for people, even in direct contact.
The main difference between 230V and 5V lies in their applications and the safety risks. High voltage can cause dangerous electric shocks and fires. Low voltage (5V), such as that provided by the power bank, is also safe for direct contact and not dangerous to humans. Both the Wahrm product and the included power bank are CE certified.

No, all orders are shipped for free.
We generally work with PostNL and DHL. When the package is shipped, you will receive an email stating this.
You'll receive an email once your order has been processed. Once your order is packed, you'll receive another email from the carrier with a Track & Trace link you can use to track your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you're not home.
We ship our products (free of charge) within the Benelux.
Order & Payment
Add one or more products, in the desired size and color, to your shopping cart. You can always view and edit your shopping cart while shopping online.
Finished shopping? Then you can complete your order by clicking "Checkout." You'll then see an overview of your order, where you can enter your personal details for payment and delivery. Once you've checked all the information, select your preferred payment method and click "CHECKOUT."
You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. We'll also keep you updated on your order's shipment, so you'll know exactly when to expect your new Wahrm!
You can pay for your order in different ways:
iDeal : you pay directly online via your bank.
PayPal : you pay directly online via your PayPal account.
Credit Card : you pay directly online via your Credit Card.
Apple Pay : easy payments for all Apple users.
Did you receive a discount code from us? You can enter it during checkout. Simply enter the discount code in the appropriate field and click "Apply discount code."
Returns & Warranty
Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact our customer service. You can do this by email: service@wahrm.com or WhatsApp: +31 (0)614518384 (during office hours). Always share your order number with us. This way we can help you quickly.
We'll then discuss with you which product/size you'd like to exchange your original order for. We'll also discuss the returns process. We'll then enter the new order into our system for you.
When you return your entire order, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, please return the items in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. To be safe, always keep your proof of shipment in case we don't receive your return!
If we have not received any returned products and no proof of shipping can be shown, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
We recommend that you first report any complaints about our service or products to us at service@wahrm.com . You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If we are not handling your complaint, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
All items you buy from us are covered by our statutory warranty. This warranty means that a product is or should do what a consumer can reasonably expect. So, if your product breaks quickly or contains a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately!

Follow the steps there. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded to the account number we have on file.
To be safe, always keep your proof of postage in case we don't receive your return. If we haven't received any returned items and you can't provide proof of postage, we unfortunately can't issue a refund.
Return shipping is at your own expense and costs €5.25 per package. Unless you took advantage of the free trial and return offer, in which case returns are free.
You can choose whether to return your package via DHL or PostNL. Both printing a return label and paperless shipping with a barcode are available.
Product & Care
You can wash your Wahrm at 30°C, making sure to remove the power bank beforehand. The Wahrm is not suitable for tumble drying or ironing. Follow the washing instructions on the wash-care label inside the product.
That's possible, but we can't guarantee proper operation. We recommend using the included Wahrm power bank. The power bank we provide is 5V/3A.
